DIY - Fabric Flowers
Tools you will need:
Hot Glue Gun
Scrap Fabric - I used 2" W & 21" L (longer the fabric the bigger the flower)
Headbands - I bought a pack of plastic headbands from Target
Below I will show pictures step by step. This is a really easy DIY to get a cute fast headband!
Fold in half once
Fold again in half
Roll to make the center of the flower
A small amount of hot glue to hold in place
Flip fabric over and over as you go around the flower to make the texture of the flower
It should look something like this by now
Again a small amount of glue as you
go around the flower to hold it in place
Glue the end down over the back of the flower
Glue a piece of fabric on the back after gluing the flowers onto the headband
Tada!
Cute & simple

DIY - Furniture Refurbishing - Finished Pictures
Over the weekend I sanded the dresser one more time and put a second (final) coat of paint on it. I am so happy with how it turned out. Overall was not a hard project and only took about 3 weeks and that was only working on it during the weekends! If anyone is thinking about refurbishing an old piece of furniture I would definitely do it. You will be so happy with the results. Time to start brainstorming my next project.
